MillDon Living is a multi-residential property company that owns and operates more than 1,000 units across 12 properties located in Sarnia, London, Kitchener, and Guelph. Headquartered in Sarnia, Ontario, MillDon’s mission is clear: we will create better – in our properties, in our communities and in the lives of the people that choose to live and belong with us.

Our story started in 1963. And it continues now with the MillDon chapter. MillDon honours the family legacy industriously created by Don Steeves and lovingly supported by his wife Millie.

There is one core idea that guides everything we do – every business decision we make, every person we hire, and every interaction we have with every resident. At MillDon, living is about belonging.
